本文以19岁年龄组的60名乡男大学生为样本,进行了关系身体形态、机能和素质16项指标的相关性测定。结果表明,身体形态的六项指标(身高、坐高、体重、胸围、肩宽、骨盆)中,除了身高与体重相关不显著外,其它各指标相互之间都有显著或极显著的相关性。身体机能指标(脉博、收缩压、舒张压消音、舒张压变音)间存在着单一的联系。身体素质指标(50m跑,立定跳远,引体向上、体前屈、1000m跑)中,除了体前屈外,其它各项指标两两之间均具有显著或极显著的相关关系。机能指标中的肺活量与骨盆外的所有形态指标均有非常显著的相关性,,相关程度达到0.1％显著水平。机能与素质、形态与素质的指标之间也部分存在着一定的相关性。该研究为弄清大学低年级乡男学生的身体形态,机能和素质的内部及相互联系,从而有效地提高学生体质提供了一些理论依据。
In this paper, a sample of 60 rural male college students in 19 age group was used to determine the correlation between 16 indicators of body shape, function and quality. The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant correlations among the other indexes except body height and weight, among the six indicators of body shape (height, height, weight, chest circumference, shoulder width and pelvis) . Body function indicators (pulse Bo, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure mute, diastolic pressure sound) there is a single link between. Body mass index (50m running, standing long jump, pull the body up, body flexion, 1000m run), in addition to body flexion, the other indicators have significant or extremely significant correlation between each other. The vital capacity in functional indexes had very significant correlation with all the morphological indexes outside the pelvis, and the correlation degree reached a significant level of 0.1%. There is also some correlation between function and quality, form and quality indicators. The study provides some theoretical basis for clarifying the internal and interrelationship of body shape, function and quality of male undergraduates in the lower grades of university so as to effectively improve their physique.
