目的观察左心室壁的微血管配布,为心脏微循环的生理和病理研究提供形态学基础。方法应用微血管铸型扫描电镜观察方法研究了6只犬左心室壁的微血管构筑。结果心内膜下毛细血管有丰富的吻合丛,心肌层毛细血管平行排列,与心肌纤维方向一致,吻合较少。心外膜层毛细血管吻合较丰富。微动脉、微静脉行于肌束间,微动脉、毛细血管后微动脉起始处可见环形压迹。结论犬左心室壁内微血管配布特征对心肌血流调控有着重要意义,并为研究左心室微循环病理提供形态学依据。
Objective To observe the distribution of microvessels in the left ventricular wall and provide the morphological basis for the study of the physiological and pathological changes of cardiac microcirculation. Methods The capillaries of the left ventricular wall of 6 dogs were studied by microvascular cast scanning electron microscopy. Results Endocardial capillaries have abundant anastomosis plexus, myocardial capillary parallel arrangement, consistent with the direction of myocardial fibers, consistent with less. Epicardial capillary anastomosis more abundant. Micro-arteries, micro venous line in the muscle bundle, micro-arteries, capillaries after the beginning of arterioles can be seen annular indentation. Conclusion The distribution of capillaries in the left ventricular wall of dogs is important for the regulation of myocardial blood flow and provides the morphological basis for the study of left ventricular microcirculation pathology.
