目的探讨分析股份制医院护理组织氛围与护士留职意愿以及对护士留职意愿的影响,为提高护士留职意愿采取有效干预措施。方法采用护理组织氛围量表与护士留职意愿问卷,并通过随机抽样2所股份制医院的186名护士进行问卷调查。结果良好的组织氛围与护士的留职意愿成正向关(P<0.01)。结论营造良好的组织氛围有助于护士实现自我价值,增加护士对组织的归属感,积极的工作环境有益于提升护士留职意愿水平。
Objective To analyze the influence of the atmosphere of nurses in joint-stock hospitals, the willingness of nurses to leave their jobs, and their willingness to leave their jobs, and to take effective intervention measures to increase nurses’ willingness to stay. Methods The nurses’ aptitude questionnaire and the questionnaire on nurse’s intention to remain were used. A questionnaire survey of 186 nurses in 2 joint-stock hospitals was conducted randomly. The result was a positive organization atmosphere and nurses’ willingness to stay (P<0.01). Conclusion The establishment of a good organizational climate can help nurses achieve self-worth, increase nurses’ sense of belonging to the organization, and a positive working environment is conducive to improving nurses’ willingness to stay.
