为提高下保护层开采的适用性,将矸石充填法应用于下保护层开采。分析了充填开采的采场覆岩的弯曲下沉变形,得到了矸石充填开采采场顶板的下沉变形规律;以维持被保护煤层底板岩层稳定性为基础,建立了下保护层矸石充填开采的可行性理论判据。以贵州某矿下保护层开采为工程背景,设计了下保护层充填开采的充填参数,并对下保护层开采对上部煤层所造成的影响进行了分析。结果表明:当下保护层充填开采采取合理的充填参数时,即能保证下保护层开采不影响上部煤层的正常回采,又能保证上部煤层会受到下保护层采动而使其裂隙充分发育。
In order to improve the applicability of the lower protective layer mining, the waste rock filling method is applied to the lower protective layer mining. The results show that when the rational filling parameters are adopted for the filling of the protective layer at the moment, it can be ensured that the mining of the protective layer will not affect the normal mining of the upper coal seam, and the upper coal seam will be protected by the lower protective layer to fully develop the fractures.
