随着网络的普及、公民参政议政意识的增强以及政府角色功能的转变,网络新闻发言人、网络新闻发言人平台在我国部分地市政府部门出现。本文对网络新闻发言人、网络发言人平台、网络新闻发言人制度三方面的概念、功能进行深入研究,与其实际情况进行对比分析,提出了提高网络新闻发言人综合素质、改进网络发言人平台建设、建立健全相关制度三方面的完善建议。
