日本企业人事劳务管理的特点之一是实行终身雇佣制。所谓终身雇佣制,就是指企业的职工从参加工作到退休的全部职业生涯中,只受雇于一个企业。在企业内接受教育训练,并伴随着工种的调动、工龄的增加,增长经验才干,晋级提薪。退休(退休年龄因企业而异,一般在55—60岁左右)之前,企业不单方面解雇职工。 终身雇佣制是被劳资双方所公认的,大多数日本企业中所普遍实施的一般性作法。对终身雇佣制并没有法律上的规定,也不受任何协约的约束。所以,职工如果不愿意,也可以中途“跳槽”,自主离职。 终身雇佣制的主要特点是:
One of the characteristics of Japanese company personnel management is the implementation of a lifetime employment system. The so-called lifetime employment system means that the employees of a company are employed by only one company in all their careers from work to retirement.
