目的探讨体外循环下心脏手术后小儿低血糖的发病及防治方法。方法总结1-4岁龄儿童体外循环下心脏手术226例术后血糖监测及治疗情况。结果发现低血糖16例,经治疗后痊愈。结论对实施体外循环术后的小儿应加强血糖监测。适时适量地补充葡萄糖可减少低血糖所致意外发生。
Objective To investigate the incidence and prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia in children under cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods The postoperative blood glucose monitoring and treatment of 226 children aged 1-4 years under cardiopulmonary bypass were summarized. Results found that 16 cases of hypoglycemia, cured after treatment. Conclusion Children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass should strengthen blood glucose monitoring. Appropriate amount of glucose can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
