建设工程造价控制是一项系统工程，建设方应在国家工程造价体系及有关经济政策的指导下，采取系统综合的方法从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段对工程造价进行全过程控制本文作者结合多年来的工作经验，对工程造价的动态控制进行了研究，具有重要的参考意义。
