目的:探讨应用腔镜行甲状腺大部切除的同手术期护理.方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1O月至2009年l2月行腔镜甲状腺手术的临床资料.结果:20例于术均成功,疗效满意.无一例出现并发症,均治愈出院.平均住院天数5天.结论:围手术期的精心护理有助于安全地施行腔镜甲状腺大部切除手术.
