目的:考察薄荷-荆芥穗配伍前后挥发油成分的变化,为薄荷-荆芥穗药对有效物质基础研究提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了薄荷-荆芥穗药对、薄荷和荆芥穗单味药材的挥发油,通过GC-MS分析方法对二者配伍前后挥发油成分进行分析。结果:薄荷挥发油中确定了40个化合物,其中21个在药对挥发油中未检测到;荆芥穗挥发油中检测确定了27个化合物,其中6个在药对挥发油中未检测到;药对挥发油中确定了35个化合物,其中有5个新成分在单味药材挥发油中未检测到。结论:薄荷-荆芥穗药对挥发油的化学成分在组成及相对含量较单味药材均有一定变化,这些变化可能是煎煮过程中发生了某些物理或化学的变化。配伍后化合物组群的相应药效学还值得深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of essential oil components before and after the compatibility of peppermint and nepeta, and to provide the basis for the research on the effective substances of peppermint and schizonepetae. Methods: Volatile oil of mint - Nepeta sp., Mint and nepeta spike single herb was extracted by steam distillation, and the components of volatile oil before and after compatibility were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: Forty compounds were identified in the volatile oil of Mint, of which 21 were undetectable in the volatile oil. The detection of volatile oil in the oil of Nepeta identified 27 compounds, of which 6 were undetectable in the volatile oil. Of the 35 compounds identified, five of them were undetectable in the volatile oil of the single herb. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of the essential oil in the peppermint-schizonepeta varities have some changes in composition and relative content compared with the single herbs. These changes may be due to some physical or chemical changes during the boiling process. Corresponding pharmacodynamics of the compound group after compatibility is worth further study.
