目的:观察自锁托槽矫治技术与微种植体支抗联合应用于安氏Ⅱ1s类错矫治的临床效果。方法:18例安氏Ⅱ1s错患者,男性7例,女性11例,平均年龄25.6岁,均采用上颌拔除两个第一前磨牙,下颌拔除一个第一前磨牙的拔牙模式,使用自锁托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗矫治。治疗前后拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,使用配对t检验比较治疗前后头影测量指标的变化。结果:矫治结束后,与矫治前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自锁托槽矫治联合微种植体支抗矫治能够明显改善上前牙唇倾度,改善Ⅱ类面型,使软组织侧貌趋于直面型。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-ligating brackets correction technique combined with micro-implants in the treatment of Angle Ⅱ 1s misdiagnosis. Methods: Eighteen patients with Angle Ⅱ 1s malformations, including 7 males and 11 females, with an average age of 25.6 years old, were enrolled in this study. They were extracted with two maxillary premolar teeth and one mandibular first premolar tooth extraction model. Groove appliance combined with micro-implant support. Before and after treatment X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs, the use of paired t test comparison before and after treatment Cephalometric changes. Results: After the treatment, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Self-ligating brackets combined with micro-implant braces can significantly improve the inclination of the anterior teeth lip, improve the type Ⅱ surface, soft tissue profile tend to face the type.
