手性氨基酸和有机胺是具有生理活性的化合物,也是有机合成和医药工业的重要原料,获得单一构型的这些化合物是化学家们的追求。我们开展了氨基酸和吡啶胺的立体选择合成,合成了一系列具有光学活性的α-氨基酸和α-取代-2-吡啶甲胺,并在手性固定相毛细管柱Chirasil-Val上进行拆分和定量测定,获得了较满意的结果。
Chiral amino acids and organic amines are physiologically active compounds and are also important raw materials in organic synthesis and the pharmaceutical industry. It is the chemists’ pursuit to obtain these compounds in a single configuration. We carried out stereoselective synthesis of amino acids and pyridinamines and synthesized a series of optically active α-amino acids and α-substituted-2-pyridylmethylamine and resolved them on a chiral stationary phase capillary column Chirasil-Val Quantitative determination, obtained more satisfactory results.
