本文报道一种微型化光隔离器。隔离度大于４０ｄＢ，插入损耗小于０．３５ｄＢ，能适应ＤＦＢ—ＬＤ光源的耦合封装要求。文中先简要介绍了器件基本原理与设计，然后对其主要性能指标进行了评估与测试。
This article reports a miniaturized optical isolator. Isolation is greater than 40dB, insertion loss is less than 0.35dB, to meet the coupling package DFB-LD light source requirements. The article briefly introduces the basic principles and design of the device, and then the main performance indicators were evaluated and tested.
