目的:探讨东芝Aquilion 64层螺旋CT机在复合性外伤急诊患者中的多部位一次性快速扫描检查技术。方法:调用其扫描计划菜单中的分立(Individual)设置程序,分别依次独立设置具体的扫描部位、区域及其扫描与重建参数,然后经由Aquilion 64层螺旋CT联动控制程序一次性完成快速扫描。结果:复合性外伤急诊患者经由多部位连续独立设置扫描程序,依次顺序扫描,不仅扫描速度快,明显缩短检查时间,而且减少了对患者的搬动或移位,避免和防止了因患者病情变化导致的躁动及不合作,提高了CT检查质量,为临床急诊救治赢得了宝贵的时间;讨论:此方法可明显缩短检查时间,减少并避免对患者的移动,使患者在相对安全稳定的状态下实现多部位一次性快速检查,对复合性外伤患者在急诊多部位快速CT检查特别是临床急诊救治中具有重要的意义。
