目的:测定藏木香药材中土木香内酯、异土木香内酯的含量。方法:用SE-30毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);检测器温度为260℃(FID);进样口温度240℃,程序升温:初始温度50℃,以20℃·min-1的速率升温至170℃,保持28min,再以25℃·min-1的速率升温至250℃,保持1min;以尼泊金丁酯为内标物定量。结果:土木香内酯与异土木香内酯分离良好,在0.6~4.2mg·mL-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。结论:本法简便、灵敏,专属性强,重复性好,可用于藏木香药材的含量测定,控制内在质量。
Objective: To determine the content of eugenolide and eriomustine in ZangmuXiang herbs. The temperature of the detector was 260 ℃ (FID). The inlet temperature was 240 ℃. The program temperature was raised: the initial temperature was 50 ℃, the temperature was 20 ℃ · min-1 The temperature was raised to 170 ° C for 28 min, then the temperature was increased to 250 ° C at a rate of 25 ° C · min-1 and kept for 1 min. Butylparaben was used as internal standard. Results: Geosminourea was separated from isooriental in a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.6-4.2 mg · mL-1. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, specific and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of Tibetan medicinal herbs and control the intrinsic quality.
