China is the world’s most blind country, with about 14 million people currently. In the current urban construction, the focus of service for this special group of visually impaired people is more on the accessibility of basic information and on the lack of attention to landscapes. However, existing accessibility facilities still have some problems of formalism, pattern incompleteness and serious damage due to the reasons of design, management and maintenance. As the number of the under-privileged groups of the blind in society continues to increase, some basic requirements for the construction of public infrastructures will also become higher and higher. This paper hopes to summarize some ways to solve the problems through investigation and research on the phenomena, so that the daily lives of the blind people can gradually be enriched.
