目的研究园丁含片对过敏性哮喘小鼠肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中总蛋白含量、白细胞总数和分类及CD4+T细胞的活化的影响。方法用卵蛋白建立小鼠过敏性哮喘模型,收集肺泡灌洗液,直接计算白细胞总数和分类,双缩脲法检测总蛋白含量,流式细胞仪双荧光法检测活化CD4+T细胞。结果园丁含片可使BALF中总蛋白含量下降,白细胞总数减少,嗜酸细胞和淋巴细胞减少,CD4+T细胞和活化CD4+T细胞减少。结论园丁含片对小鼠哮喘有治疗作用,其机制可能与抑制CD4+T细胞的活化有关。
Objective To study the effect of gargle tablet on the total protein content, the total number and classification of leukocytes and the activation of CD4 + T cells in alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of allergic asthmatic mice. Methods The model of allergic asthma in mice was established with ovalbumin. BALF was collected and the total number and classification of leukocytes were determined. The content of total protein was detected by biuret method. The activated CD4 + T cells were detected by double fluorescence method. Results Garcinia lobata can reduce the total protein content of BALF, reduce the total number of leukocytes, eosinophils and lymphocytes, CD4 + T cells and activated CD4 + T cells decreased. Conclusion Garcinia lobata has a therapeutic effect on asthma in mice, which may be related to the inhibition of CD4 + T cell activation.
