目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对高原地区颌面开放性外伤愈合的影响。方法:对高原地区78例颌面部开放性外伤住院患者中的45例采取常规+HBO治疗的方法,前两天2次/天,之后1次/天。观察肿胀渗出消退时间,局部皮肤肿胀面积和愈合时间等,并与常规治疗组中的36例进行了对照分析。结果:高压氧治疗组各项指标均显著少于对照组,且各项差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗能够促进高原地区颌面部开放性外伤的愈合。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the maxillofacial open wound healing in the plateau. Methods: The routine HBO treatment was given to 45 of 45 inpatients with maxillofacial open traumatic injury in the plateau, 2 times a day for the first two days and 1 time a day thereafter. Observed swelling and exudation subsided time, local skin swelling area and healing time, and compared with the conventional treatment group of 36 patients were analyzed. Results: The indicators of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group were significantly less than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote the healing of open traumatic maxillofacial injury in plateau.
