信息是一种蕴含特殊价值的资源,但由于其自身的易逝性、开放性,对其保护存在一定的困难。尤其在网络发展势头迅猛的当下,信息的获取较以往更加便捷,随之而来的侵犯信息版权行为亦是此起彼伏。对利用网络等新方式实施信息版权侵权的行为,应通过多媒体技术来强化保护,从而在技术层面实现事前预防的效果。
Information is a kind of resource that contains special value, but due to its own perishability and openness, there are some difficulties in its protection. Especially in the current rapid development of the Internet, access to information is more convenient than ever before, and infringement of copyright infringement is one after another. The use of the Internet and other new ways of infringing information copyright infringement should be strengthened through the protection of multimedia technology to achieve the effect of pre-prevention at the technical level.
