目的探索更为简单、方便而有效的采蜱方法。方法将三种不同材质(棉质针织面、绒布、棉质光面)的布旗在镜泊湖自然风景区某一片草地拖蜱,比较连续3d采蜱总数。结果 50m内棉质针织面、绒布、棉质光面布旗平均采集蜱虫数依次0.10±0.30、0.41±0.60和0.76±0.85,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论棉质针织面布旗制备方便,采集效率高,可以替代传统的棉质光面或绒布布旗。
Objective To explore a more simple, convenient and effective tick tick method. Methods The cloth flag of three different materials (cotton knitted surface, flannel, cotton smooth surface) was collected on a piece of grass in Jingpo Lake Natural Scenic Area, and the total number of 3d ticks was compared. Results The average numbers of collected ticks in cotton knitted fabrics, flannels and cotton glossy fabrics within 50m ranged from 0.10 ± 0.30 to 0.41 ± 0.60 and 0.76 ± 0.85, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The cotton knitted fabric cloth flag is easy to prepare and has high acquisition efficiency. It can replace the traditional cotton smooth fabric or velvet fabric cloth flag.
