食品工业是国民经济基础之一,相应的人才缺口较大。结合食品行业人才岗位变化特点,分析现有专业教学的不足,并借用柔性管理理念,试图从课程体系构建角度探讨可行的解决措施,以期为食品专业教学改革提供参考。
The food industry is one of the foundations of the national economy with a correspondingly large talent gap. Based on the characteristics of post changes in the food industry, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current professional teaching and borrows the concept of flexible management to try to find feasible solutions from the perspective of curriculum system construction, in order to provide reference for the reform of food specialty teaching.
