对联轴器的动态刚度进行了数学建模,通过动态试验及所得数据导出了动态刚度的定量公式,对公式进行了分析和处理。研究表明:动态刚度是平均转矩的强函数,且与环境温度和变动转矩负相关;动态刚度并非振动频率的强函数,数据显示动态刚度与振动频率反方向变化,这与期望的结果相反。
The dynamic stiffness of the coupling was mathematically modeled. The dynamic stiffness and the formula of the dynamic stiffness were derived from the dynamic test and the data obtained. The formula was analyzed and processed. The results show that dynamic stiffness is a strong function of average torque and negatively correlated with ambient temperature and torque variation. Dynamic stiffness is not a strong function of vibration frequency. The data shows that dynamic stiffness and vibration frequency change in the opposite direction, which is opposite to the expected result .
