热敏电阻是一种阻值随温度而迅速变化的元件,用途极为广泛,可用于温度补偿、测温、遥控等方面。几十年来所用的陶瓷热敏电阻都是由铁、钴、锰等氧化物烧结而成,其缺点是均匀性、一致性、合格率都较差,工艺复杂,因此在应用上受到一定的限制。上海玻璃搪瓷研究所与中央气象局、上无廿三厂共同协作,试制成功了一种玻璃半导体n型热敏电阻,它具有材料均匀性、一致性好,合格率较高等优点。其使用材料、工艺、特性参数如下: 材料::高矾磷系统玻璃工艺:液浸沾料成型,环氧树脂封装特性参数:
