石油、化工生产控制中常用的PID调节方式一般能满足生产要求。但对于纯滞后较大而要求偏差更小的调节系统来说,它就不能适应了。目前已研制出一种比PID调节效果更好的PDPI调节器。它是在电子式两位调节的基础上增加PD与PI反馈回路构成的。它的动态特性与PD相似,但又具有PI优点,可保证被调量回到给定值。由此想到,能不能在现有气动PID调节器的基础
Commonly used PID control methods in petroleum and chemical production control can generally meet the production requirements. However, it can not be adapted to the regulation system with larger pure hysteresis and smaller deviation. A PDPI regulator has been developed that performs better than PID regulation. It is based on the electronic two-bit adjustment to increase the PD and PI feedback loop. Its dynamic behavior is similar to that of a PD, but it also has the advantage of PI, ensuring that it is brought back to a given value. Thus it comes to mind, can not be based on the existing pneumatic PID regulator
