学生的个体差异是客观存在的,体育学科同样有着一些“先天不足”的特殊学生,他们或是天性顽皮行为习惯差,或是形体太肥胖或是太瘦弱,或是先天胆怯不爱运动,新课程标准强调我们要重视教育教学过程中对学生的个体差异的关注和指导,体育特殊学生的转化和培养是一项长期持久的工作,也是难度比较大的一项工作,在教育教学过程中,我们应该对他们的“个性”心理特征及行为表现进行了解,具体问题具体分析,因材施教,为他们创造良好的学习环境,给他们提供锻炼和表现的机会,多鼓励他们树立自信心和自尊心,使他们在体育品德和运动能力等方面都能得到健康协调发展。
