随着体育新课程标准的提出,高中学生体育教学的课程理念发生了很大变化。新的课程标准在坚持“健康第一”的指导思想、促进学生健康成长的前提下,注重激发学生运动兴趣,培养学生终身锻炼的体育意识,教育教学过程重视学生的主体地位,关注学生个体差异与不同需求,确保每一位学生受益。新课标虽然规定了体育课程目标,但对完成课程目标所必需的内容和方法只是提出了一个框架范围,这就意味体育教师的教学有相当大的选择余地。
With the introduction of new sports curriculum standards, the concept of high school students’ physical education curriculum has undergone great changes. Under the premise of adhering to the guiding principle of “Health First” and promoting the healthy growth of students, the new curriculum standards focus on stimulating students’ interest in sports and cultivating students’ physical awareness of lifelong exercise. The education and teaching process attaches great importance to students’ subject status and focuses on students. Individual differences and different needs ensure that every student benefits. Although the new curriculum standard stipulates the objectives of the physical education curriculum, it only proposes a framework for the contents and methods necessary for the completion of the curriculum objectives. This means that the physical education teachers’ teaching has a considerable choice.
