电大的基层建设问题是十分重要的。在城市里,区一级电大工作站的基础建设应该是怎样一个模式呢?我们体会,城区电大工作站的基础建设要抓好这样四个方面的工作:一是城区电大的模式,二是教学管理,三是教学班建设,四是教师队伍建设。 一、建成一个能主动适应本区社会发展和经济建设需要的多层次、综合性、多功能、一体化的教育中心。 中央电大谢新观校长曾撰文指出:电大系统建设的重点,就是抓紧、抓好、健全、完善按需办学的优化机制和主动适应的良性循环,实现学历教育与非学历教育的协调发展。
