据国家统计局2014年2月24日发布的《中华人民共和国2013年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》显示,2013年国内游客32.6亿人次,比上年增长10.3%;国内旅游收入26276亿元,增长15.7%。国际旅游外汇收入517亿美元,增长3.3%。旅游业以朝阳般的活力几乎实现年年增收。从1978年到现在,中国的旅游业一直保持健康、持续的发展势头,到如今已迈入世界旅游大国的行列。但真正从事该行业的旅游人才却一直供不应求:一是人才的“量”供不应求,二是人才的“质”比较欠缺。鉴于我国旅游业的快速发展,改善这种局面迫在眉睫。
According to the “Statistical Bulletin of the People’s Republic of China on National Economic and Social Development in 2013” released on February 24, 2014 by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, domestic tourists reached 3.26 billion in 2013, an increase of 10.3% over the previous year. Domestic tourism income was 2.2676 trillion yuan, Increase by 15.7%. International tourism foreign exchange income of 51.7 billion US dollars, an increase of 3.3%. The tourism industry has achieved almost yearly income growth with the vitality of sunrise. From 1978 to the present, China’s tourism industry has maintained a healthy and sustained momentum of development and has now entered the ranks of the world’s major tourism powers. However, tourism professionals who are actually engaged in the industry have been in short supply: firstly, the “” quantity of talents is in short supply, and the second is the lack of talent “quality ”. In view of the rapid development of tourism in our country, it is imminent to improve this situation.
