目的了解郑集镇中心中学学生常见病患病状况及变化趋势,为学生常见病防治工作的开展提供参考。方法对1995年、2000年、2005年、2010年学生健康监测资料中视力低下、沙眼、龋齿、营养不良、肥胖等进行分析。结果合计检测5 369名中学生,平均视力低下率为35.87%,沙眼患病率为13.60%,龋齿患病率为5.94%,营养不良率为22.87%,肥胖率为5.31%。视力低下率、营养不良率、肥胖率逐年上升,沙眼患病率、龋患率呈逐年下降趋势。结论视力低下与学生营养状况是郑集镇中心中学学生的重要卫生问题。
Objective To understand the prevalence and trend of common diseases among middle school students in Zhengji Town Center and provide references for the prevention and treatment of common diseases among students. Methods The data of health monitoring of students in 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010 were analyzed with low vision, trachoma, dental caries, malnutrition and obesity. Results A total of 5 369 middle school students were detected. The average rate of vision loss was 35.87%. The prevalence of trachoma was 13.60%. The prevalence of dental caries was 5.94%. The rate of malnutrition was 22.87% and the rate of obesity was 5.31%. The prevalence of hypopia, malnutrition and obesity increased year by year. The prevalence of trachoma and the prevalence of caries decreased year by year. Conclusion Low vision and nutritional status of students is an important health issue for middle school students in Zheng Jizhen Center.
