随着植物基因工程技术的发展能将理想的目的基因通过转基因方法导入植物细胞,最后发展优良的转基因植物。己经发现大量植物病毒基因组核苷酸序列.包括病毒外鞘蛋白基因对发展抗毒工程植物特别有效.本文简述植物抗病毒病基因工程的几种策略和综述大麦抗黄花叶病(BaYMV和BaMMV)的生物技术研究现状。
With the development of plant genetic engineering technology, the desired gene of interest can be introduced into plant cells by the transgenic method, and finally the excellent transgenic plants can be developed. A large number of plant viral genomic nucleotide sequences have been found. Including the viral coat protein gene is particularly effective for the development of anti-virus engineering plants. This article describes several strategies for genetic engineering of plant antiviral diseases and reviews the current state of biotechnology research on barley yellow leaf disease (BaYMV and BaMMV).
