采用TLC法及紫外分光光度法对复方丹参膏(市售品)中丹皮酚进行了定性分析,结果未检出丹皮酚,提示原工艺生产的成品中己不含丹皮酚。改进工艺后制备的成品(自制品)中可检出丹皮酚,并建立了准确可靠的丹皮酚含量测定方法,以水蒸汽蒸馏法提取,0.lmol/LNaOH溶液为溶剂,双波长测定,消除了空白干扰,平均回收率96.78%,RSD=0.94%。为该制剂质量标准的修订提供了实验依据。
TLC method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to qualitatively analyze paeonol in compound salvia miltiorrhiza (commercial product). As a result, paeonol was not detected, indicating that paeonol was not contained in the finished product produced by the original process. The paeonol was detected in the finished product (homemade) after improvement of the process, and an accurate and reliable method for the determination of paeonol content was established. It was extracted by steam distillation. Lmol/L NaOH solution was used as the solvent. The dual-wavelength measurement eliminated blank interference and the average recovery rate was 96.78%. RSD was 0.94%. The experimental basis for the revision of the quality standards of the preparation was provided.
