本文将对中资企业海外投资研究的宏观环境框定在非洲大陆,通过考察非洲投资环境来分析中资企业在非投资的商机与发展路径。在完整梳理中非贸易历史及中资企业在非洲投资现状及其特点的基础上,从自然环境、经济环境、政治环境、文化环境等多角度全面分析非洲投资环境存在的机遇与挑战,并为中资企业在非投资提出建议。
This article will frame the macroscopic environment of overseas investment research of Chinese-funded enterprises on the continent of Africa and analyze the business opportunities and development path of Chinese-funded enterprises in non-investment by examining the investment environment in Africa. Based on a complete review of the history of Sino-African trade and the current status and characteristics of Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in Africa’s investment environment comprehensively from the perspectives of natural environment, economic environment, political environment and cultural environment.
