目的探讨对基层旅店业的从业人员进行规范化培训的效果。方法选取不同文化程度的从业人员共计100人参加培训,对相关法律法规、卫生标准以及消毒技术的操作等进行讲解,培训前后均进行考核。结果从业人员技能考核总的成绩为(81.15±8.81),理论考核总的成绩为(86.55±9.19),差异有统计学意义(t=5.359,P<0.01);培训前后理论考试和技能考核成绩的差异均有统计学意义(t=6.726,P<0.01;t=5.881,P<0.01)。结论应大力开展从业人员规范化培训工作,重点加强对消毒程序和操作规范的培训指导,以保证公共用品用具的卫生消毒质量,提高旅店业整体卫生水平。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized training for employees in the hotel industry at the grassroots level. Methods A total of 100 practitioners with different education levels participated in the training and explained the relevant laws and regulations, health standards and the operation of disinfection techniques. All the tests were conducted before and after the training. Results The total score of skill examination of practitioners was (81.15 ± 8.81), the total score of theory test was (86.55 ± 9.19), the difference was statistically significant (t = 5.359, P <0.01). Conclusion Standardization training should be vigorously carried out among practitioners, with emphasis on training and guidance on disinfection procedures and practices to ensure the hygiene and disinfection quality of public articles and utensils and to improve the overall hygiene level of the hotel industry.
