本文在研完报告①的基础上,从斜齿轮的啮合过程出发,应用齿轮整体误差测量新技术和格子图,分析和论证了用标准齿轮和标准蜗杆测量斜齿轮双啮综合误羔时存在的差异性;提出了双啮仪的动态精度检定法和双啮用标准齿轮的双啮综合误差的组合测量法;通过试验和分析,论证了新国标GB2363-80中评定侧隙的指标双啮中心距偏差的可靠性,以及它与代用指标量柱测量距偏差和公法线平均长度偏差之间的协调性。本文的结论对新国标推广双啮综合检验有现实意叉。
