采用加压铸造法制备出多孔铝合金大块试样,系统地研究了浇注温度、充型压力等工艺参数对充型过程的影响。实验表明,预制块的初始预热温度对最终制品的有效长度起着重要作用,高的浇注温度及较大的充型压力也有助于金属液向空隙的渗透。预制块空隙尺寸越大,金属液越容易渗人,试样的有效渗流长度愈长。在实验研究的基础上,对金属液的渗流长度、预制块的初始温度及其应力分布进行了理论分析
Porous aluminum alloy bulk samples were prepared by pressure casting method. The effects of pouring temperature, filling pressure and other process parameters on filling process were studied systematically. The experiment shows that the initial preheating temperature of the preform plays an important role in the effective length of the final product. The high pouring temperature and the larger filling pressure also contribute to the penetration of the liquid into the voids. The larger the void size of the prefabricated block, the more easily the molten metal infiltrates, and the longer the effective seepage length of the sample is. Based on the experimental study, the theoretical analysis of seepage flow length of molten metal, initial temperature of preform and its stress distribution are carried out
