寄宿园的幼儿因为一周才回家,老师与家长见面的机会少,家园交流的质量也就显得尤为重要。然而寄宿园的一些特点导致家园沟通尤其不易:比如幼儿来自四面八方,住区分散,教师经常家访难;另外家长的工作都比较繁忙,许多孩子靠校车接送,教师缺少与家长沟通的机会。因而班级家长会,就成为教师与家长交流沟通的一个非常重要的手段。如何才能开好寄宿园的班级家长会呢?我进行了一些尝试,供同行参考。
Because the children in the boarding homes go home only once a week, there are few opportunities for teachers and parents to meet with each other and the quality of home-based exchanges is even more important. However, some of the features of the boarding houses have made home-based communication particularly difficult: for example, children come from all over the country, settlements are scattered, and teachers often visit home. In addition, parents are busy with work. Many children rely on school buses and teachers lack opportunities to communicate with parents. Thus class parents will become teachers and parents to communicate a very important means. How can we make a good homestay class parents? I made some attempts for peer reference.
