以风干的杨木为原料,通过蒸汽爆破处理后,用纤维素酶降解。酶解产物用ko11-大肠埃希氏菌、酿酒酵母和运动发酵单胞菌组合发酵。结果表明,ko11-大肠埃希氏菌与酿酒酵母混合发酵效果最好。通过条件的优化,100g木质纤维最高可产乙醇34.32g。
To air-dried poplar as raw material, after steam explosion treatment, with cellulase degradation. The hydrolyzate was fermented with ko11-Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Z mobilis. The results showed that ko11-Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae mixed fermentation the best. Through the optimization of conditions, 100g wood fiber can produce ethanol up to 34.32g.
