1. INTRODUCTION There is no doubt that the advantage of CWR lies in reducing the damage to track and rolling stock by abolishing the joints which become the biggest weakness of the track, reducing the amount of maintenance greatly, reducing noise and vibration and improving ride comfort degree. These advantages of CWR are widely recognized and adopted by all countries in the world and have become a worldwide trend. Japan in 1937 in Anshan line shop, after a number of studies, in 1953 began the formal laying. By 1985, Japan laid a seamless line to extend the existing line of more than 5000km, including about 8500km including the Shinkansen. As far as existing lines are concerned, it accounts for only 20% of the extension of the normal orbit. Weak figures are among the best in the advanced countries in the world in terms of numbers. One of the reasons is that the laying of a seamless line is subject to various conditions, but in fact there is still a lot of push in the future
