随着我国市场经济体制的确立和逐步完善,价格管理体制发生了重大变化, 各级物价部门工作职能也有所转变。特别是最基层的县级价格管理部门,一方面要正确运用国家价格法律法规和方针政策,有效管理和维护好价格秩序,为地方经济发展服务,为政府当好参谋;另一方面还要面向广大群众做好价格服务, 最大程度地保护百姓利益不受损害,当好群众的价格卫士。这就是价格工作重心的转移所在,也是体现“人民利益无小事”、构建社会主义和谐社会的本质要求。本文拟从县级价格工作为人民服务的方面谈几点体会。
With the establishment and gradual improvement of the market economy system in our country, great changes have taken place in the price management system and the job functions of price departments at all levels have also been changed. In particular, the county-level price management departments at the grassroots level should, on the one hand, correctly apply the national price laws, regulations and guidelines and policies, effectively manage and maintain the order of prices, serve the development of the local economy, and act as good advisors to the government; on the other hand, The broad masses of people do a good job in price services, to protect the people’s interests to the greatest extent, and to be good guards for the masses. This is where the price center of gravity shifts and also reflects the essential requirement of “no small thing for the benefit of the people” and building a harmonious socialist society. This article intends to talk about how the county price work serves the people.
