研究了22Mn2SiVBS钢经1280℃完全奥氏体化后,在空冷条件下的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明,22Mn2SiVBS钢在空冷转变时可得到晶粒细小的粒状贝氏体和少量残余奥氏体组织。处理后的强度、硬度较高,但冲击韧度较低。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 22Mn2SiVBS steel after fully austenitizing at 1280 ℃ under air cooling condition were studied. The results show that fine grain granular bainite and a small amount of retained austenite can be obtained in the 22Mn2SiVBS steel during air-cooling transformation. After treatment, the strength is higher but the impact toughness is lower.
