我省南充地区工会坚持财务工作改革,在收、管、用好工会经费方面取得了显著成绩,他们的主要做法是: 一、坚持财务改革,收好工会经费。随着各种承包经营责任制的推行,为了保证经费的全额收交,他们组织了两次财务工作理论研讨会。从行政拨交工会经费的实质、目的、意义和收、管、用的辩证关系等方面提高了认识,推动和深化了工会财务改革。对县、市实行了“核定任务,超收回拨”的办法。县、市工会普遍推行了“分片包干,责任到人,年终考核,奖惩兑现”的办法。工会所属事业单位实行了
The trade unions in Nanchong Prefecture of our province insisted on the reform of financial work and made remarkable achievements in collecting, managing and making good use of trade union funds. Their main practices are as follows: 1. Persisting in financial reform and collecting union funds.
