本文报道了溴氰菊酯(凯安保)对主要储粮害虫赤拟谷盗、玉米象、粗腿粉螨和嗜卷书虱等的击倒试验,测定了半数击倒时间和24小时校正死亡率,并以常用谷物保护剂马拉硫磷作为对比.凯安保几项处理液度对四种试虫的击倒速度都显著地比同液度的马拉硫磷快;其中凯安保及马拉硫磷对书虱的击倒速度最快;而凯安保对玉米象的击倒速度最慢.凯安保及马拉硫磷在高浓度(1%和0.1%)时,对所有试虫的致死作用相互间无显著差异,但在低浓度(0.01%)时,凯安保的致死作用显著地强于马拉硫磷;凯安保1%和0.1%对赤拟谷盗、玉米象和书虱的致死作用无显著差异,均显著地高于粉螨.为测定凯安保的药效,给防治储粮害虫提供依据,我们对四种主要的储粮害虫进行了击倒试验,并与马拉硫磷对比.试验结果初报如下:
