李克强总理在今年的政府工作报告中提出,要全面实施燃煤电厂超低排放和节能改造,提高清洁能源比重。关于燃煤电厂超低排放和节能改造,中国华能集团公司的成绩突出:经国家技术组审核,中国华能集团公司2015年二氧化硫、氮氧化物两项污染物排放总量分别比2010年下降60.18%、64.47%,分别完成“十二五”减排任务的376%、170%。华能集团公司副总经理、党组成员叶向东就华能的超低排放改造情况做了如下分析。
In his government work report this year, Premier Li Keqiang put forward that it is necessary to fully implement ultra-low emission and energy-saving reform of coal-fired power plants and increase the proportion of clean energy.
