目的探讨针对妊娠期糖尿病患者在实施饮食控制过程中给予循证护理干预的临床价值。方法选择我院2014年05月至2016年05月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者131例作为本次实验对比研究对象;观察组66例与对照组65例患者的分组依据为妊娠期糖尿病的不同饮食控制方法;对照组患者按照常规给予饮食控制;观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理干预;通过对比患者出现并发症的概率、临床实施剖宫产率以及饮食知识知晓率,以突出循证护理在饮食控制中的应用价值。结果对比患者出现并发症的概率、临床实施剖宫产率以及饮食知识知晓率发现,观察组明显优于对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of giving evidence-based nursing interventions to gestational diabetes patients during the course of diet control. Methods 131 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The group of 66 patients in the observation group and the 65 patients in the control group were grouped according to different diet control of gestational diabetes mellitus Methods: The control group patients were given diet control routinely. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. By comparing the patients’ probability of complications, cesarean section rate and diet knowledge awareness, Application in diet control. Results Comparing the probability of complication, cesarean section rate and awareness of diet knowledge in the patients, the observation group was significantly better than the gestational diabetes mellitus group (P <0.05).
