利用一维、三维联合仿真方法对某型柴油机水套设计进行仿真分析,文中首先对匹配该发动机的冷却系统进行分析,得出发动机冷却液的分布结果,以此为边界对水套进行CFD分析,评估水套的换热性能。
The water jacket design of a diesel engine is simulated and analyzed by using one-dimensional and three-dimensional co-simulation method. Firstly, the cooling system matching the engine is analyzed to get the distribution result of the engine coolant. The CFD analysis , Assess the heat transfer performance of the water jacket.
