随着医疗卫生体制的进一步发展,公立医院的竞争环境越来越复杂。在新的市场经济体制下,公立医院一方面要强调社会公益性,同时还要考虑盈利性,因为国家财政补贴的资金是有限的,根本满足不了医院发展的需要。当前,越来越多的医院深刻意识到财务管理的重要性,并将其作为医院战略管理的一部分来抓。本文分析了医院财务管理存在的问题,并提出了具体的对策。
With the further development of health care system, the competitive environment of public hospitals is more and more complicated. Under the new market economy system, public hospitals must emphasize social public welfare while considering profitability because the funds of state financial subsidies are limited and can not meet the needs of hospital development at all. At present, more and more hospitals are deeply aware of the importance of financial management and take it as part of the hospital’s strategic management. This article analyzes the existing problems of hospital financial management and puts forward specific countermeasures.
