随着社会经济的发展,汽车已逐步进入普通家庭,2006年中国的汽车总销量已达到700万辆,有望超过日本,跃居世界第二位。汽车工业的发展已拉动聚氨酯材料在汽车上用量的上升,在一些汽车零件上逐步替代钢材、织物、通用工程塑料等,2006年中国车用聚氨酯产量将达到10万吨,并逐年递增。本文介绍了聚氨酯材料在汽车关键饰件中的应用情况,并预测将来的发展趋势及前景。
With the development of society and economy, automobiles have gradually entered ordinary families. In 2006, China’s total automobile sales reached 7 million units, which is expected to surpass Japan and rank second in the world. The development of automobile industry has driven the amount of polyurethane material used in automobiles to rise. In some automobile parts, it gradually replaced steel, fabric and general engineering plastics. In 2006, the production of polyurethane for automobiles in China will reach 100,000 tons and will increase year by year. This article describes the application of polyurethane materials in automotive key components and forecasts future trends and prospects.
