根据微燃机燃烧室国内外实际技术水平及技术基础,对烟气循环富氧燃烧微燃机燃烧室进行了设计,并对所设计燃烧室进行模拟计算,根据模拟结果对燃烧室结构进行多次优化。选取原始计算设计模型及两个典型优化设计模型从冷态流场、压力分布、过量空气系数、温度场分布、燃烧效率、比面积热强度、出口温度均匀性等几个方面对研究结果进行了描述。结果表明:优化结果基本达到了设计要求,为富氧燃烧室的设计提供了依据。
According to the actual technical level and technical basis of combustion chamber in the micro-combustion engine, the design of the combustion chamber of the micro-combustion engine for flue gas recirculation oxy-combustion is carried out. The combustion chamber is simulated and the structure of the combustion chamber is made according to the simulation results. Suboptimal. The original calculation design model and two typical optimization design models are selected from the aspects of cold flow field, pressure distribution, excess air coefficient, temperature field distribution, combustion efficiency, specific surface area thermal intensity, outlet temperature uniformity and so on description. The results show that the optimization results basically meet the design requirements and provide the basis for the design of oxy-fuel combustion chamber.
