传统文化中的伦理意识实存于学校管理的结构形态中,其核心问题是基于人本的实现并获得人们自身的伦理生存意义,它在校园制度建设、目标达成、组织管理、人际交往等方面显现出特异价值,由此形成校园伦理秩序。围绕学校教书育人特征,考察学校管理机制的合理性和正当性,深化对传统文化的辩证认识以及对当代社会精神的执着把握,建立和谐、可持续发展的学校管理新机制。
The ethical awareness in traditional culture actually exists in the structure of school management. The core problem is based on humanistic realization and obtaining people’s own ethical meaning of existence. It has such important functions as establishing campus system, achieving goals, organizing and managing, and interpersonal communication Showing a special value, thus forming a campus ethical order. Focusing on the characteristics of teaching and educating in schools, this paper examines the rationality and legitimacy of the school management mechanism, deepens the dialectical understanding of traditional culture and holds a firm grasp of the contemporary social spirit, and establishes a harmonious and sustainable school management new mechanism.
