课堂教学是教育活动开展的重要载体,是教师“教”和学生“学”的重要场域。为了实现课堂效率的提升,教师和学生应各司其职,教师发挥主导作用,学生体现主体作用。教师通过外界环境的构建,提供课堂效率提升的途径,通过教育质量的提升,促进学生综合素质的培养。针对小学阶段儿童发展的认知特征,儿童对于事物的认知表现为整体性特征,教师在小学课堂中关注学科知识、能力培养的同时,还要关注综合素质的培养,如语言表达能力、抽象思维能力、高效学习能力等。
